Returns & Refunds

YUDIVA Professional — professional, salon-use products

Because YUDIVA treatments are professional, salon-use formulas, returns are accepted only by prior approval and only where a product is not performing as described. We do not accept change-of-mind or unauthorized returns.

1. Prior approval required

Contact us at info@yudiva.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details before returning anything. Returns sent without prior written approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

2. Performance-based only

A return or refund is considered only when a product fails to perform as described when used as directed by a licensed professional. We may request photos, the batch/lot number, or application details to review the claim.

3. Not eligible

  • Change of mind or no-longer-needed product
  • Opened or used product beyond what is reasonably needed to assess performance
  • Misuse, improper application, or use outside the product’s intended professional use

4. Resolution

Approved claims receive a replacement or a refund of the product price after review. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. See our Performance Guarantee for how we stand behind results.

5. How to start a return

Email info@yudiva.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and our team will guide you through the approval process.
